The biggest buy isn't always the strongest signal. Ryan Cohen's $22.8M GameStop purchase added just 2% to his stake, so it scores lower than a CFO opening a brand-new position. How the score works
How it works
From an insider's trade to your phone, in three steps.
An insider buys
A CEO, CFO or director buys shares with their own money and must report it to the SEC on Form 4 within two business days.
We read the filing
Every open-market purchase filed with the SEC is scored and grouped with other insiders buying the same stock in the same 10 days.
You hear about it
Follow insiders or tickers and get an alert when they buy. Tap any trade for a breakdown from the AI analyst.
Built for following insiders
Everything in the app exists to answer one question: who just bet their own money on their own company?

Follow the people, not the noise
Tap Follow next to any CEO, CFO or director, or star a ticker. When they file a new purchase, it lands in your alerts with the trade size, the change in their stake and a link to the filing.

Catch the hidden deals
Some purchases surface late: reported after the two-business-day deadline, or added weeks later as amended filings. Switch on hidden-deal alerts and you'll hear about each one. What counts as a hidden deal
A score for every trade
Each purchase gets a score out of 100. Most of it comes from who is buying and whether other insiders are buying too.
- Role: CEO, CFO or chair
- Other insiders buying
- Growth in their stake
- Size of the trade
Late filings, fund managers and buys under pre-arranged trading plans lose points.
An AI analyst on every trade
Tap Why it matters on any purchase for a short breakdown in three parts, then ask follow-up questions.
- 1Why this buy could matter
- 2What would weaken the signal
- 3What to check before you act
It covers both sides and never tells you to buy or sell.

Questions
Where does the data come from?
From Form 4 filings that company insiders must send to the SEC within two business days of a trade. We keep open-market purchases (transaction code P) of $25,000 or more, and every trade links to the original filing on sec.gov.
Is this investment advice?
No. InsiderBeacon shows what insiders bought and explains why it could matter. The AI analyst covers both sides and never tells you to buy or sell. Insider buys can and do lose money, as our GE case study shows.
How fast will I hear about a new buy?
Pro checks for new filings every minute while the SEC accepts them (6am to 10pm New York time on business days) and alerts you on your phone, on Telegram and by email when a buy matches the insiders, tickers, alert types or your own alert rules. The free plan shows filings and alerts 24 hours later.
How much does it cost?
The free plan stays free. Pro will cost $19 a month or $190 a year, with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime. Early-access members hear first when it opens.
