Three CSVs anyone can download: every Form 144 head-start pair, every Congress trade with its reporting lag, and 30 days of scored insider buys, with a source link on every row. The changelog is now an RSS feed too.
Two new live pages: today's Form 144 notices with how long each has been public, and today's reported insider sales. Each insider's public page now lists their notices and how often they went on to sell.
Four comparison pages, each tool described from its own site: against OpenInsider, Unusual Whales, Quiver Quantitative and Finviz.
Next to each trader's mirror score: how long they hold (Scalp, Intraday, Swing, Position), whether they lean long or short, and how many of their mirrored positions closed with a profit. Wallets moving dozens of times a day are marked Algo, since a person can't keep up with a bot.
Dark, with the head start on planned sales as the first thing you read, the app pinned under it, and three feature rows with clickable tabs.
The top traders list can be ordered by mirror score instead of profit: what copying each trader's every move with $1,000 a position would have returned over 90 days, after fees and slippage.
Once a day, every Form 144 notice in the stocks and from the insiders you follow, as one message, before the sales are reported. On by default; switch it off in Alerts.
Every alert about a trader carries their mirror score. You can set a rule to copy every position a trader opens, the way you can for an insider's buys.
Each copied trade can have a public page, and so can your whole record against the market, with no dollar amounts. Off unless you turn it on.
Funds, trusts and assets without a ticker, like Treasury bills in Congress trades, now show the institution's logo.
Stocks, Crypto, You and Tools, every page one click away.
A Form 144 is the notice an insider must file before selling restricted or control shares. The app reads it the minute the SEC accepts it and alerts anyone who copied that stock. Every notice is matched to the sale that followed, and the head start is measured and published.
Follow an insider and have each of their open-market buys turned into a copy prompt automatically.
The Sunday email now shows each trade you copied and how it has done against the market.
Find any member by name, results as you type, with portraits for members who joined recently.
A lime square with a forest-green dot over an arrowhead; dark by default in the app.
When the insider you copied files a sale, or the trader you copied closes, cuts or flips, a loud alert tells you to do the same, even in quiet hours, on every plan.
Activist stakes of 5% or more (Schedule 13D and 13G) and insiders' notices of planned sales (Form 144), read, shown on each stock's page and alerted.
Every alerted insider buy and what came next, 1 day, 1 week and 1 month later, wins and losses both, on the website.
Insider buying today, cluster buys, this week in insider buying, by stock and by insider, each refreshed from the app.
Right after sign-up, three insiders or traders to follow, so the first alert comes soon.
