What InsiderBeacon is, what it isn't, and how to read the scores, track records and data it shows.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

In short: InsiderBeacon is an information service, not an investment adviser or broker. Nothing here is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Scores and track records are hypothetical and based on public filings; past results don't predict future ones. Data: SEC EDGAR, Congress disclosures, Hyperliquid. Crypto is high-risk.

Who publishes InsiderBeacon

InsiderBeacon is published from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is not registered with, licensed by or affiliated with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), FINRA, the CFTC, the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) or the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and none of them has reviewed or approved it.

Not advice, and the same for everyone

InsiderBeacon publishes public data, the same way to every reader. It isn't a broker-dealer, an investment adviser or a financial planner. Nothing on the website, in the app, in an alert or an email, on Telegram or on social media is investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or token, and none of it takes your circumstances into account. The AI analyst describes what a filing shows and what would weaken the signal; it never tells you to buy or sell. Decide for yourself, and speak to a licensed adviser if you need advice.

What "insider" means here

"Insider" means the company officers, directors and large shareholders who must report their trades to the SEC on Form 4. Their filings are public. InsiderBeacon never seeks, holds or uses non-public information about any company.

How scores and track records work

The signal score rates each open-market purchase out of 100 by a published formula: who bought, how much their stake grew, the size of the trade, whether other insiders bought too, where the price sat in its 52-week range, whether it was a first buy or a routine one, and whether the filing was late. The formula, its weights and the research behind it are on the score page. A score is fixed when the filing arrives and is never rewritten afterwards; when the formula changes, the change is dated and applies to new filings only.

Track records, backtests and case studies are hypothetical. They measure what a stock did 1 day, 1 week and 1 month after a filing, from closing prices, with no fees, slippage or taxes. Results from before a feature launched are backtested, not tracked live, and are marked as such. Every record shows the whole picture, including the sample size, the median, the worst case and the losers, and compares it with the S&P 500 over the same window. Nothing here is a portfolio anyone actually held, and past results don't predict future ones.

Where the data comes from, and its limits

Insider trades come from Form 4 filings on the SEC's EDGAR system, checked every minute. Congress trades come from the Senate's and the House Clerk's disclosure sites; members report up to 45 days after a trade, and in dollar ranges, not exact amounts. Crypto trader data comes from Hyperliquid's public API. Data can be late, incomplete or wrong, wallet names and profit figures are estimates, and parsing can make mistakes. Every insider trade links to its original filing: check it before you act.

Crypto

Crypto perpetuals and tokens are extremely high-risk; leverage can wipe out a position in minutes. Showing a trader or a wallet is information, not an endorsement of them, of any token, or of any exchange. InsiderBeacon doesn't link you to trade on any crypto exchange.

Copying a trade, and paper trading

When you copy a trade, the app works out a share count and opens your own broker's app or website; you place the order yourself, and InsiderBeacon never holds your money, sees your account or places an order. Paper trading uses simulated money and sends no orders anywhere.

Who pays us, and who doesn't

InsiderBeacon is paid for by its users' subscriptions (it's free during early access). No company, insider, politician, trader or token project can pay to be listed, ranked or scored. People who invite a friend get a free month when that friend subscribes; anyone we ever pay to talk about InsiderBeacon will say so in the same post.

Liability

InsiderBeacon is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from decisions you make using it. The full terms, including the governing law, are in the terms of use.
