Who's planning to sell in your portfolio?

Paste the tickers you hold. For each one: every insider notice of a planned sale in the last 90 days, whether the sale has been reported yet, and how many hours' head start the notice gave. No account, nothing stored.

Questions

What does this check?

For each ticker, every Form 144 notice filed in the last 90 days: the insider, how much they plan to sell, whether the sale has since been reported, and how long the notice had been public when it was. Plus the open-market buys and sales in that stock over the same days.

Do I need an account?

No. The check runs on the app's public data and keeps nothing: the tickers aren't stored and no one sees them. An account is only for getting the next notice as an alert.

Why are the hours different for each notice?

An insider has up to two business days after a trade to report it on a Form 4, and the first sale can be any time in the notice's three-month window. The gap shown is the real one for that pair, from the SEC's acceptance times. The median across all pairs is on the study page.

Is a notice a reason to sell?

Usually not on its own. Most are scheduled 10b5-1 plan sales. The check says what's on the record and when it was there; it isn't advice.
