Live from SEC EDGAR, alerts in seconds
Hear about the sale
before it's reported.
Know when an insider at a company you own plans to sell, usually more than a day before the sale is reported. Type in your stocks and we'll watch them for you. Follow insiders and copy their buys too.
Free during early access, no card needed. The app never holds your money or places a trade.

Why it works
Most tools start at the sale.
We start before it.
Most screeners, newsletters and alert services work from the report of a sale. We pick it up earlier, from the SEC's own filings, the minute they land, and tell you if it's someone you follow or a stock you hold. How we do it stays with us; the head start is measured on every one.
The newest one we caught, as the alert read
An officer of Apple Inc. Scheduled 10b5-1 plan sale.
A real alert from the app, refreshed every minute. Stocks you hold or copied are flagged at once, on every plan.
Follow them. Copy what they buy.
Sell when they sell.
Insiders filing with the SEC, the top traders on Hyperliquid and members of Congress: everyone whose trades are on the public record, read the minute they land and turned into an alert you can act on.
Insiders
Copy what CEOs buy with their own money.
Every open-market buy of $25,000 or more by a CEO, CFO or director, scored out of 100 from what the filing says, about a minute after the SEC accepts it.
You place every order yourself; the app keeps the record and watches for the exit.

Crypto
The top 100 traders, mirrored.
On Hyperliquid every position is public. We watch the 100 most profitable traders and replay every move with a fixed stake, fees and slippage, so each one has a mirror score: what copying them would actually have returned.
Crypto perpetuals are high-risk, and a trader's past results don't predict the next trade.

The top traders list in the app. Sample data.
What people say about insider trackers
The usual complaints, and what we did about each.
Collected from public reviews and forum threads about the tools people have tried. No tool is named; the fixes are ours.
“By the time you find out, the move has already happened.”
You hear about a sale before it's reported.
We catch insider selling before the sale is on the record, typically 34 hours ahead. Buys arrive about a minute after the filing lands. Congress reports minutes after they're posted, with how late each one was.
“Free trial, card required, then it auto-renews.”
No card. Nothing renews by itself.
Free is free, with no trial to cancel. Pro, when it launches, starts only when you choose it, and cancelling is one click: you keep it to the end of what you paid for.
“Massive amounts of noise. I quit after a week.”
A score, a minimum, a daily limit, quiet hours.
Every buy is scored out of 100 from what the filing says. Set a minimum size, bundle the small ones, cap the day, sleep at night. The first word of every alert says what it is: Buy, Sell, Long, Short.
“No mobile app, a cluttered site, and ads everywhere.”
One app, on your home screen, no ads.
The same app on a phone and a computer, installable on the home screen with push notifications, and not one ad on any plan.

All questions
How does copy trading work?
Open any insider buy, or an open position of a Hyperliquid trader, and tap Copy. Choose how much to put in, place the trade in your own broker or on Hyperliquid, and tell the app you did. From then on it watches for the exit. When that insider's sale of the stock is filed, or the trader closes, cuts or flips the position, you get an alert to sell yours, even with other alerts switched off or during quiet hours, on every plan. Wallets you copied are checked every 15 seconds. Insiders have up to two business days to report a sale, so a stock alert comes the minute the filing is public, not the second they trade.
Do you place trades or hold my money?
No. The app never connects to your brokerage or Hyperliquid account, never holds money and never places an order. You place every trade yourself; the app sizes it, keeps the record you give it and sends the alerts. Copying a trade is your decision, not a recommendation: insiders and top traders lose money too.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during early access: every account gets every Pro feature free, with no card needed. Sign up here. Pro is coming soon at $29 a month or $240 a year, and early members keep a founding-member price of $14 a month or $140 a year, kept for as long as you stay subscribed. Accounts made after early access get a 14-day free trial. After early access, the Free plan stays free.
How fast will I hear about a new buy?
InsiderBeacon checks the SEC for new filings every minute while it accepts them (6am to 10pm New York time on business days), and every alert says how many seconds after the SEC accepted the filing it went out. Today's speed and the state of every data feed are on our status page. During early access, every account gets filings and alerts within a minute, on your phone, on Telegram or by email; the feed shows visitors without an account each filing 24 hours later. After early access, the Free plan keeps that 24-hour delay and Pro alerts within a minute.
Where does the data come from?
Insider trades come from the Form 4 filings that company insiders must send to the SEC within two business days of a trade. We read open-market purchases (transaction code P) and sales (code S), show those of $25,000 or more, and link every trade to the original filing on sec.gov. Crypto traders come from Hyperliquid's public data, and Congress trades from the House and Senate financial disclosure sites.
Is this investment advice?
No. InsiderBeacon shows what insiders bought and explains why it could matter. The AI analyst covers both sides and never tells you to buy or sell. Insider buys can and do lose money, as our GE case study shows. Paper trading is practice, never advice.
Hear about the next one first.
